I see at last that Schapelles pardon has now come up in the media which I thought it would due to the
legal challenge that occurred to it.
And that's apart from the fact that they don't want another round of teeth nashing over leniency so
her pardon is working against them.

That is not the topic. This topic is about the state sanctioned murder of two Australians. Two Australians who have spent 10 years in prison, have contributed to their rehabilitation and helped countless others whilst doing it.
And the wrong, in law, of a blanket ban on clemency by watta a joko which is against the constitution of Indonesia and global human rights.

Shes been on death row for 18yrs.
Wheres the outrage of this?
right here.................. I am outraged that any country has the death penalty.
I think? being an accessory or hiring someone to kill another human being carries the same penalty as being the murderer though.

The families who have lost loved ones to drugs must be horrified at the outpouring of support for these drug runners. Where was the support for the dead addicts that tore families apart. There wasn't any. Just silence.
They weren't just runners but ring leaders of the Bali 9. Thank goodness they were caught, and the 8 plus kg of drugs did not hit
Australian streets.

No, he testified against her so got a life sentence.
She refused to accept the state’s offer of life with no parole for 25 years and insisted on her right to a jury trial. She was found guilty and sentenced to death.

It looks like all hope is now lost for the two Australians facing state sanctioned murder, along with the over 100 others who are facing the same fate, and some of these prisoners are only charged with minor offences.
What the world is now going to witness from Indonesia is a production line of slaughter of prisoners in Indonesia., prisoners being escorted to the killing island by jet fighters. money no object in the quest for cold blooded murder.
What I fervently hope is that after the hideous murder of these two Australians. the spotlight is not turned off for the others.
This corrupt regime cannot be allowed to remain in power without scrutiny and I hope the decent people of Indonesia can voice their repugnance of Watta Joke's murderous reign.
As for the Australians who think it's still OK to give this regime money by going to Bali?
