I am using Explorer and we are on the NBN and use a Telstra T Hub system which could perhaps be the problem as they told me yesterday that our T Hub which is version 1 is not NBN compatible and they are sending out a replacement later version.

Go to your tools in the browser you are using - my Firefox tool box is 3 straight lines and is at the top right corner of the page.
Click on that and then click on History when the dialogue box appears - choose Clear recent History from the list opened then a dialogue box will show up and make sure you click
Cache
Cookies
Temp Internet Files
Then "Clear Now"
