The roses really do well here DEB, far better than when I lived near the coast .....Rose heaven here lol

 

 

I took a few pics of some of the garden around the town ... roses, roses, roses

 

 

I spotted a couple of maggies in Photo #2   A splendid rose area indeed.

 

I forgot to mention that I have a new friend in the early morning here.  For the last week a Butcher Bird has popped in to read the menu and check the hors d'ouvres on offer.  His dietary requirements must be being met for him to continue.

Yup, maggie heaven here as well, a wandering cat thought it might come into my front yard, one of the resident maggies thought differently, he swooped down and saw it on if way, boy that cat took off quickly lol

Hope the butcher bird decides the yard menu is to their liking and it keeps coming back

I'm not sure what to make of your garden, bushies.... haven't decided...

I don't mind the cooler nights but I miss the warm mornings. I love Autumn but Winter hangs around for too long.

I've been working on the studio, getting it ready for the great cat migration. I have one corner to sort out and canvases to be put out of spraying and weeing reach then the cats can start moving in. Tonight they will be fed in there and the kitty litter trays will be moved in as well. I'm hoping to have them settled in there asap.
