Nothing would have stopped me from scooping up that child (BTW it was not a baby) and taking him/her to safety.

wow...now i regret posting the photo.

seems the powerful message was lost here -

didnt think it was possible.  

the photographer was there accompanying the UN.

he was not there alone...he was told not to 

touch the children..the vulture did not hurt

the child.  he chased it away.  (the child was a girl)
