morning Flashie, we've been like that most of this week. It's been cold at night here but none of the storms they forecast have eventuated. I'm a bit stir crazy atm because I miss my walks

Bit miserable looking day here,not alot going on just the usual b/w at my friends place and then a doctors appointment to pickup some scripts..it annoys me that I have to see a doctor to get them when I am not ill..Melissa is going to make home made pizza`s tonight for tea so I will some proscuitto,etc..she makes the dough so quickly in her thermomix and nothing is nicer than her pizza`s..I didn`t go to the market this week as the guy who helps me wasn`t going...things are progressing well with my "other" buddy too

That was a bit dumb.  I had on the draining board a container of vegie scraps to go in the compost bin and a bowl of left over tuna casserole to go in the rubbish bin.
