Police love to attach big numbers to their busts. A 200 kg seizure will be valued at what a single gram, or even a tenth of a gram, sells for on the street. Nobody imports 200 kg then sells it by the gram. Everything is cheaper in bulk, including drugs. The big numbers make the police look good but, arguably, also encourage smuggling.
