No to both ghee and duck fat.
I use Pro-active Margarine with olive oil, for lowering cholesterol (use in cooking)

There are many health safe products without the HF tick. The producers just can not afford the money asked for such tick.
Heart Foundation is another money making scam like Halal certification.
