Kosher describes what is ‘fit and proper’ for people of the Jewish faith to consume. Kosher food laws are based on interpretation of the Bible and the Torah, the Judaic scriptures, and set out a range of beverages and foods (including meat) that are acceptable to drink and eat.

Halal describes what is lawful for Muslims to eat. Halal food laws are based on interpretation of the Quran, the Muslim scripture, and set out the range of beverages and foods (including meat) that are acceptable for Muslims to eat.

my work kills 4000 animals everyday HALAL every single one is stunned first.

i will repeat once again ritual slaughter is where the animal is not stunned first. and is extremely rare and highly monitored.

we sign no non disclosure documents with any certifiers

Thats really great that you know what halal and kosher are azure, but, i also already know what they are.

But that doesnt address the concerns i have with halal certification.

So you are not one of the 15 that does kill with no stun. Good for you.

http://kb.rspca.org.au/What-is-Halal-slaughter-in-Australia_116.html

"There are a small number of abattoirs in Australia that have been granted permission from the relevant State or Territory food authority to conduct religious slaughter without prior stunning – for either Halal or Kosher (Jewish slaughter) purposes. These ‘approvals’ are effectively exemptions to standard Australian slaughter practice. The proportion of animals slaughtered under these exemptions is very small, but nevertheless that any animals are slaughtered without stunning is of concern to the RSPCA. "

There have been businesses who have told of having to sign non disclosure forms
