Talking of illumination Stalks, how did you go with dinner tonight?   I cooked up some lovely (unburnt) chilli and lime salmon with steamed veges (also unburnt) with some eggs from the local farm.........................

Yep, fox-free and some still had dirt on the shells so they must be good....................deep yellow yolks and thick white, yummmm.
