"Senate Enquiry" lol Yep, that'll fix it. What's next ? A Royal Commission ?
Lets hope that the inquiry highlights the amount of tax's the companies who have Halal certifcation pay and the number of people they employ here in Australia.
And the effect of the cerfication on the export businesses.
It won't make any difference to some, they will just either ignore the results or make accusations that the inquiry was biased. They don't really want to know the reality, they will then have to find another outlet for their vengeance and bigotry.
Yes, it suits their agenda to cause people fear.
They are having another wind power inquiry too. All members except one, as far as I can tell, are wind power haters.
From what I hear about the detrimental health effects on ppl living in close proximity to wind turbines, they're hated with good reason.
Constant headaches, sleeplessness, depression.
REALLY, none of these disorders or others like high blood pressue existed before windfarms, There are even reports of hens laying double yoke eggs.

Oh dear, it looks like one or two people here might have to cross Hugh Jackman off their Christmas card list - shame on you, Hugh, how could you be so unpatriotic?![]()

In Germany many wind turbines are rotting rusted hulks because they were a hugely expensive failure.
There’s no way I could ever give permission for these bird killers to go on my land.

How many birds are killed by wind turbines?
How many birds are killed by wind power compared to people killed slowly by coal power stations, coal mines and coal transportation?
Do some research and you'll find there are relatively few birds and bats killed each year by wind turbines and no people have ever been killed or diseased by them.

Great viewing, Deb; thanks for the link . I missed watching it last night. Some of the comments were pretty good too - I especially liked this one:![]()
If you don't want to buy Halal how will you know it is Halal unless there is a sticker.
So be grateful there's a sticker on Halal products. When you see it you can immediately drop whatever it is and run screaming and foaming at the mouth out of the store and preferably under a bus!

I guess that is why they keep building more, and refurbishing the old ones with new technology and get almost 10% of their power from them.

And how many birds get killed by flying into wires? Maybe you should all stop driving because birds do sometimes hit windscreens and die.
