This is what I swallow every day: 2 calcium tablets, 1 'once-a-day' fish oil capsule, 1 vitamin D capsule, 4 magnesium chelate tablets (for restless legs) and 1 Crestor tablet (for cholestrol). Something must be working as I haven't needed to see my doctor (apart from routine check up and renewal of prescription for Crestor) since last year.Smiley Happy

No point.

Was dead as in here for hours. Thought I'd start a topic.
Turns out I'm Norman No Friends.

You think it's dead on here ? You should experience the UK's Round Table. Been dead on there for years. You don't know how lucky you are on here. In fact I don't know why they just don't close the RT down, and give members their money back.

Mind you, harsh, ridiculous, and over enthusiastic moderation and censorship is to blame for this, IMO. Something I haven't found on CS.

RT's Mission Statement......

I tried taking Ginseng for a while to improve the memory but I kept forgetting to take it.

One day I mixed up my iron supplements with Viagra and wound up pointing North all day.....

If you want a good dose of your daily vitamin B and 50% of your folate then take a teaspoon of vegemite each day.

Or Vegemite chocolate 🙂

My boys swear by the magnesium tablets for night leg cramps.

I eat a lot of vegemite, just not in chocolate form, so my b group vitamins should be good then.

growing up we called it nigel no friends but as for tablets. I dont take anything. Im hopeless at taking tablets

I think you're right chuk.

Nigel no firends - Maybe it's norman no mates.

I'm sure I didn't make it up Smiley LOL

Jds, so you mean Viagra works as a compass. Maybe I need it for my next bushwalk.

Fish oil has recently been found to mostly be beneficial when ingested in the form of fish as opposed to capsules.

Apparently fish oil works best with other compounds found naturally in fish.
