House prices so high here decided to down size. all the Aucklander's are shifting down to Tauranga because so much employment here, or they are older people down sizing.

We have great beaches heaps to do, A big port where all the Cruise ships visit, we call the Aucklanders Jaffa's amd we are happy for the Jaffa's to roll down to Tauranga.

At the moment I hold highest price for my sort of house (apart from a luxury apartment) in Papamoa, this will last about two weeks.

Have to think of my future as a old crone amd make hay while the sun shines 🙂

Lilli Cat knows something is up, she was showing people through the house. I had to tell the agent, dont let children touch, dont let adults pick her up and DONT touch Lilli cat when she is in her cat tree.

Trying to sell the house and people want to buy the cat.

I felt a bit sad the other night about selling the house then I went to the loo amd saw Lilli's Precious ball in the loo and started laughing.

Yes she was drinking out of the loo and dropped her ball in it, the cat goddess has some bad habits. 🙂
