I would still use it as a marinade and then stir fry the lot.

If you're doing a stir fry, then you wouldn't pour the sauce on after it was cooked

yep yep yep

i use marinades in stir fries all the time.

dont need to marinade beforehand,

just stir it through towards the end.

Bright

Seriously now

Why don't you open it up

Put a bit on your finger

And do a taste test

If it passes as a sauce

Use it tonight and use the rest

As a marinade for tomorrow

Or another day soon

Cooking is about experimenting

If one thing doesn't work

Don't try it again

Try something else

Eventually you get it right

After so many years

Everyone stuffs up big time

Practice makes perfect

ROFL @ Helen and Ima.... and love the Stir **bleep**o

i thought you were going to use it as

a mustard sauce as in hot dogs,

sandwiches etc.

Well yes Julia I was hoping to do that too but maybe not

Yep I know where the kitchen is it's what comes next that is a bit of a problem

I was wondering for a moment who 'Ima' was..

shes the naughty one

lol

Wait for the oil to heat, then in with the onions, then any hard vegies...(like carrots or capsicums) when the onions are cooked,

throw the beef in, and keep it moving...last is the sauce.

noooo!  cook the meat first until brown

and just cooked.

put aside, do the veggies and then throw

the beef back in to heat through.

Okayyy,  good idea so just did, a bit on my little finger.   It tastes sort of strong,  quite minty..... minty?  (checks ingredients)

So what I will do is what you all said which is to add it near the end of the stir fry but I think make sure it is cooked a bit and watered down  .        We will see, lol.

OK Bright.

We will all see you around 7.30pm.

With a bottle of course.

You're more than welcome, but if it's really really bad (and anything is possible with my cooking) I do have 2 dogs.

(kidding....  they eat better than I do,   they get steak when I'm eating sausages)
