Mum n Dad with Spaniels. 

One litter was 8.

Mum would put the 4 blacks at one feeding bowl and the 4 black n whites at the other.

Looks great but can't find that photo.

Dad was a Managing Director with a very large company and houses were provided by the company in different countries often in diplomatic areas, usually where foreign embassies are located. 

But my grandmother was born at a castle and it's still in the family. 

I don't know, Dad travelled a lot with the company before I was born.

I should ask him if I remember. I'll look for some more Cocker pics.

And I am trying to find a cocker similar to the black in the pic for mum as a surprise.
