Just tell me how any amount of money is going to stop dv in a private home, behind closed doors?

How is money going to change a persons disposition towards violence? No matter how much money is thrown at it there's nothing that can stop a person from behaving badly.

They have groups and jail for serious offenders but money never stopped them from offending.

It's all very touchy feely and high minded but we are dealing with seriously malfunctioning murdering people.
