speaking of jam, i am guessing i will be making apricot jam before christmas
as our apricot tree the fruit is ripening rather early i am sure normally they are not due until next month .
and for me what is worse than jam is that vegimite chocolate.

i am not sure if the chocolate vegimite is still on the shelf, i doubt it would of been a hit.
and cheesymite yuk!
i hated cheese and vegimite sandwiches, i remember as a kid mum would gives us that for lunch , and in the summer, well the cheese would get hot and the vegimite seemed runny. oh it was bad. i never ate it and even till this day i still don't like it.

I bought a loaf of bread, today, in a supermarket.
And?
The baker, the bread slicer, the bread bagger, the person who puts the bread on the plastic tray that is then loaded onto a truck, the truck driver, who delivers the bread to the supermarket.
The person at the supermarket who puts the bread on the shelf.
What am I getting at?
A lot of stuff happens "behind the scenes", and it's very easy to take it for granted.
Which leads us to where this is all going -
Hello mods, hello technical people.
Thank You.
Thank you for doing the things that you do, the "behind the scenes" things, the things I don't see, the things I could all too easily take for granted.
I appreciate it.

And ..continuing with the bread purchase........., the farmer who plants and reaps the wheat, the miller.....
;......the people who build/make the harvester, the mill, the trucks, the roads, the slicing machinery,.....
....the timepieces that get them all to work on time and the "ding" that the loaf is cooked to perfection.
You are all re-cog-nized for your work in getting your product to ecar's dining table.
And in turn, makes for a happy MacGyver - friend of bird, animal, human.
