Didn't know whether to laugh, cry or just shake my head in bemusement.
30 handbags at an average "value" of over $30,000 .... each !
Have we become so self obsessed and materialistic that this has become standard behaviour ? (don't answer, it's rhetorical)
Who in their right mind needs 30 handbags ? Worth over $1,000,000 ?
My daughter said I wouldn't understand, being a bloke and all.

I shake my head.
Handbags for goodness sake.
I often use the analogy, if you are the only person left on earth, would you still want the handbag?
For most the answer would be No, if they care to admit it.
These are obviously taken for resale, about the money more than handbags.
But still, that handbags are perceived to have such value, any designer brand for that matter.

Police said in a statement they were "purse-suing" the "fashion-forward thieves" and urged anyone with information to contact them.

Even if I was the last person on Earth I think I'd find the handbag useful for carrying my stone tools. ![]()
