I do love roses though. This started life as a yellow rose from my garden. The only thing that is not dead out there

This has been in the garden for over 20 years - has only flowered this year.
Family here - if they like something belonging to someone else - put a bandaid under or on the back - with their name written on it.
Amazing what you find after visits.
One painting I have now has 4 bandaids - they are going to have to saw it.

Perhaps give them a feed - water - you never know.
This started out in a pot - then when it was so large - broke the pot & stuck it in the ground.
That was about 5 years ago.
Unlike other strelitzia - these have very short stems - perhaps because they are so large - would droop if on longer stems.
