That being the case they no longer have a claim to be a refugee, so why are they allowed to return to Australia later on ?

those who were granted permanent

protection visas can stay here and

become australian citizens.

those on temporary protection visas can

stay here for 3 yrs with review.  i think.

hopefully someone will be able to

clarify that.
