Is anyoone else having trouble getting into their account?

I have tried several times today and nothing happens.

I called the phone number and there is a message stating that "they are having trouble accessing customers accounts".

Does anyone have an update on when it will be fixed?

Hi Jean, I also can't get into mine. Must be a site issue.

And if it's across a large section of accounts, their number will be inundated with calls so probably over loaded.

Just tried both IE & Chrome.

 

Can't get in with either.

Jean, it might be a Friday maintenance issue. I wasn't even able to log into eBay earlier today... it kept saying that my password or username were incorrect ( which wasn't the case)and I needed to leave a tracking number for a buyer. 

 

It has come good for me now though.

 

I would suggest, if it you can't get in now.. you'll have to try again later. Friday is always the day they do any maintenance. it's annoying really
