Jean, it might be a Friday maintenance issue. I wasn't even able to log into eBay earlier today... it kept saying that my password or username were incorrect ( which wasn't the case)and I needed to leave a tracking number for a buyer. 

It has come good for me now though.

I would suggest, if it you can't get in now.. you'll have to try again later. Friday is always the day they do any maintenance. it's annoying really
