you don't think Mal Brough words earlier in the day contradict the contents of the email recieved after the restaurant owner (who mal had being apologetic earlier in the day) saw the story on the evening news ?

If Mal Brough knew he was apologetic earlier in the day and it was as the email suggests...why didn't he say so then ?

and did the email say something like "as you know no one saw the menu" ??????????
