Cream Wheat

I have been given some cream wheat.

Does anyone use it and how do you cook it ??

I know that there are recipes on the net but I would like to hear what other people use it for.

Way back when - it was used as baby food or for older people who had

a hard time digesting food.   I remember mum using it for babies.

Just stir it into boiling water or milk til it thickens - It's like a porridge

No other use that I know of
