Deb............it is still incredibly windy here.............I hate the wind..........and we have another three days of it yet.

Our grandson got to do a talk to some visitors at his school today about the Kiva Loans................he raised $40 of the $120 by himself................I swear I saw him grow and inch or two while he spoke.

All the meatballs are cooked..............(thank goodness..........I was sick of rolling them)

I decided after being in the kitchen for ages I would go for a walk to pick up the grand children from school............taking the long way round so I could pick up a bag of guinea pig food from the Animal Tuckerbox.

Hubby said something to me as I left.............but I missed what it was as I had my headphones on as usual............I just figured that if it was important he would tell me again when I got back.

When I went out the front the guy across the road gave me a wave...........so I gave a wave back.

I walked to the next block and a friend of our daughters gave me a wave..............I waved back thinking.............gee everyone is very friendly today.

I walked along a bit further..............and then I happen to have looked down................and saw I was still wearing my Christmas apron................

Luckily for me I was just about outside our daughters place..............so I quickly took off the apron and shoved it in her letterbox............

When I got back home I said to hubby...........why didn't you tell me I left still wearing my apron.

He said.............I did...............but you didn't hear me.......................I figured out you would realise sooner or later................or someone would tell you.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......................................now I am wondering about the other two people who waved to me...............................................Oh well............

We haven't had windy yet Flashie, but it's forecast here for tomorrow along with fire bans.

The people waved because they could see you have the Christmas spirit 😃

Hellish day at office - mentally exhausted.  Came home and had a nap.  Still tired and wonder whether I have the mental tenacity to watch Sara Ferguson's programme tonight Deb.  

There is always iview when I am feeling less tired I guess

around 10 years ago my daughter and i were catching a train and had to run to catch it (ooh the good old days when i could move )

i had not ran for quiet a few years before that and i got such a shock at how it felt all my jiggly bits were wobbling thats should'nt have been   lol

think i tried eating a bit less for a while lol

and that is why I don't do jogging--- a fast walk it is for me now 

Horrible windy day here.. I am glad to be home. A couple of times I could feel the wind pushing the car around. I hope my little ring tails will be safe tonight.  Tomorrow is only going to be 16 degrees, so back to winter again for us... Such drastic fluctuations in the temps from day to day... Crazy times

Dreadful events in SA Deb - terrifying in fact and more lives lost 

Another day at the office today - never thought I would say I was looking forward to the weekend again but I am.  One more day to go ..... it's been a really full on week.
