maybe I should have emphasised the IF and WERE TO and added more question marks. Since I can't recall an incident where a group of armed black activists has ever barricaded themselves inside a government owned building and threatened violence against the police if they tried to temove them, of course it has to be conjecture - but but for those who maintain this current incident is not an act of terrorism it is nevertheless, perhaps, a question worth considering
