spoke to dad last night.

Mum is still not well and has run out of antibiotics now. The Doc wants to see how she goes off them before giving her more.
dad said she did seem a bit better today, but still needs regular suctioning.
He said on Monday night they nearly had to put her back on the oxygen.

On Wed night, dad couldnt sleep so at 1am he went for a walk.
A dog attacked him.
He says it latched on to his arm and tore his coat apart. So he put his hand down to get it off and it got his hand.
He got it off by poking it in the eye.
Didnt realise how bad his hand was till he got home in the light and saw all the blood and punctures.
Luckily, the nurses up with Mum kept pushing him through the day to go see a Doc.
So yesterday arvo he went to the doc who gave him a tetnus shot, cleaned the wound and put him on antibiotics for the infection that had already set in.

Oh Amy, I hope your mum doesn't need to go back on the antibiotics.

How rotten for your Dad as if he didn't have enough to cope with. 😞
