Carbs for me, crusty bread, olive bread pull aparts, toasties,  crumpets, banana bread..  Still love fruit and veg, but as a munchie (which I'm guessing is what you kinda mean by how do you satisfy your hunger) something to just grab thats an instant snack inbetween meals. I try not to snack too much but when I do crave something mid morning or afternoon, it's always carbs...
