That is a very bad attitude to have. Bowel cancer is very treatable and curable if caught early. By the time you get symptoms, it's often too late. I have seen many people die that had no family history and thought they were safe. Bowel cancer is on the (rapid) increase and is not to be taken lightly. If you refuse to participate in a program that could potentially save your life, at the very least go and have a colonoscopy. Bowel cancer is a very unpleasant way to die. VERY unpleasant.
