My magic number with Telstra was my ombudsman complaint receipt number. After that they couldn't have been nicer with everything.

Going good thanks stawks.  I've been busy and posting in other places.  The LPs has their first birthdays recently.  The are walking now and absolutely gorgeous.  LP2 is going to be a big brother early next year.

I hope it's a pink one too   They aren't going to find out until this one born.  These are the ones who make the big thing about the "reveal" party.  I'm glad they are doing things differently this time .

I sometimes wonder if I come across posters I know without realising it
