so now i hear mr trudbill on radio trying to convince the reast of australia its because south australia has invested in a lot of green energy generation (solar panels and winfarms) we had the power blackout.

what happened when he became prime minister, did someone remove his brain and replace it with abby normals?

he was once well known for being an intelliegent man, even if he was a liberal.

i'm not that bright but i know it dont matter how you create electricity if the wires arnt there to take it to the houses it doesnt work.

You're going to have a lovely sunny day tomorrow with very little wind

Foo can have a walk down and inspect the beach - or what's left of it

it never stops amazing me

there are people ringing up radio stations blameing the govt for the power outage.

but after seeing the towers all bent over i knew there was nothing anyone could have done to predict such a thing happening.

You can bet that it's the anti-windfarm/anti solar community flexing their "views" again, nothing will convince them that this is result of a horrendous storm.  When you have the parliamentary idiot brigade telling them the if they only had coal generated power  not renewable power, the storm would never have eventuated what do you expect.

its a beeeeeeautiful sunny mornin', just a light breeze blowin'.

there is flooding going on down towards adelaide but that will ease during the day.

doing a load of washing while the sun shines

forcast is for more rain starting sunday afternoon, monday and tuesday.

took foo for a walk at 7.30am, just as the sun was appearing and the flies were thick, hate flies!

north beach was covered in seaweed, our little beach in front of the estate looks great, smooth with no rubbish and just a few footprints so far. i love being the first to 'mark' the beach after a high tide.

oh well, its raining again

i hope we dont get the wind with it this time.
