I just hugged the tree that was giving shade to all my chickens

I've hugged a tree or two, to hug a big old tree feels great! LOL

Clair, after popping in here and having a quick read......you hugging a tree is the LEAST weird thing happening atm :^O

Hope everyone and their chooks/pets are surviving the heat...here in sunny qld it has been lovely 30ish days, great for floating in the pool (and drinking coronas) 😄

OH has been home for a few weeks, been relaxing, taking things easy and enjoying some time together without work being in the way...nice.  Hope you're all having/had a chance to relax with loved ones too.

Oh clair !!!!!!! I asked grandmoon if her daughter passed finisheing school etc. as I know you've been worried about her but...no answer !!!!!! it was on her dad paid leave or something thead.  I do hope she passed and can return and let us know how many new chickies she has 😄

Hope the camping trip was good clair...and the New Year is the bestest ever for all !!
