Just read that Snuggie have filed 2 x Law Suits on Amazon for Loss of earnings and Trademark Infringement due to counterfeit goods being sold on their website.

This is just after Amazon have filed law Suits on 2 Chinese Sellers of Counterfeit goods.

Could ebay be next?
