you need to go to enigmas winning post and click on the button at the lower right to 'accept as solution' i think it says so he gets a notification email alerting him to his win.

Ok seeing it's a tie and  if Enigma is not forthcoming I declare the winner to be Jimmy!.

IMO, this Caption needs to be marked as Solved, so the winner can approach Caption #96 without any uncumfortableness.

and not feel discombobulated. 

I'm actually starting to think 'Caption this'  has run  it's course.

There don't seem to be very many contributing or even giving kudos.

But Enigmabear is on 10 votes.
