Yep, it does hurt!  Worst bit is the hip where the bone graft was done but it will get better.  Have to wear a hard collar for 6 weeks, so much fun  NOT! and my arm is still weak but have exercises to do ...just have to be patient hmmm, yeah right.

if you weren't a girl guide Clair, where did you learn to make such good fires?
