I like the idea of the added chin warmer, but then there's always the possibility that nice mister policeman might ask me to remove it because I'm concealing my face.

I don't think that asking if they've ever heard the expression "A face only a mother could love", and saying that I've now given them fair warning will work, somehow, ha ha.

But it might be worth a try, ha ha.
