I used a pair of "eclipse glasses" to photograph through. Took a hundred photos, these are what were successful.
Shadow is moving from upper right to lower left.
Almost there..........I was just outside the area of totality, so it didn't totally obscure the sun. This is from Medford, Oregon.
Camera battery faded shortly after this.

Great photos!I'm green with envy. It will be another eleven years before we have one here in Oz and I may well be pushing up the daisies by then.
