morning

Hubby said he disconnected the dialysis at 2am this morning the outflows all went well YAY....
this morning DRs have been looking at the rash...they can't decide if to cover or not hubby said one covered it then another said no needs to be uncovered so took everything off again...hubby was so confused he said Ashton is not happy about the drs touching him.....they are going to do another swab of the rash so we may not be able to go out like we planned so will be in hospital all day again.

I better get moving have to get another weekly carpark ticket when I go in as the last one expired 11.59pm last night.

evening Chubba has a drip in 🙂 one go got it in otherwise they would have had to take him into surgery and knock him out then put it in...has to be hooked up to the IV machine for 1hr every 5 hrs I think...No Dialysis tonight as they said his numbers are stable so leave it a day or 2 then start again....Hubby said they went hunting rabbits in the room last night (made of playdough) with Ashtons new torch LOL

Tan you are all having a rough time, but, you will get there. I hope they work out what is causing the chubba's rash. The dialysis is working so that is a positive.

been let outta jail (hospital) again for a few hrs...but have to go back for Ashton to have the IV antibiotics @ 1-2pm so doing washing and then going to the shops 🙂
bit of luck we will be allowed to be discharged by thursday next week at this stage..:)
Starting dialysis again tonight 🙂

he hates everything and everyone if they touch him LOL

being confined to the room he hates most and I am glad he goes to sleep night/ afternoon but even then they annoy him so he doesn't get a restful sleep sigh... no such thing as privacy that I can say...yes it is getting to me some nurses are happy to let me do what I usually do and then you get a few who treat you like you don't have a brain...... like a young nurse I told this morning before we left "I do all this feeding etc at home I know it all" I don't need you telling me what is what...the shock on her face was priceless I felt bad but I'd had enough of her!!!!

better get moving again...sigh

I have had the same experience with hubby, most of the staff are happy to let me look after him, but, you get the odd one that gets stroppy with me. I had to voice my disapproval to a young ER Doctor that insisted on giving hubby a saline drip. He hung the drip, hubby's Specialist came in 10 minutesd later and took it out, replaced it with a more appropriate one.

Hang in there Tan, you will all be home soon.

Outta jail (hospital) again until 8pm..Ashton is fine Dialysis is going ok I started it at 10pm last night will do the same tonight 🙂 been to shops and bought jade's Birthday pressys Ashton stayed with SIL

day out again...at SIL but she had to go to work so the day we planned isn't happening...Ashton wanted to go on the bus and train
