The wattlebird has happily hopping around on the ground in what passes for circles, according to wattlebird logic... ha ha.
On the bridge above, the cockatoo was watching, transfixed, crest rising and falling, every so often...
It's good to see that they can find amusement in the world around them... ha ha.
It's just another of those silly moments... ha ha.

Good afternoon y'all ...... ![]()
What a great bunch of pictures, videoes and stories on this thread I have scrolled back and found today ... absolutely splendid .. and it is so good to be back again.
I have much more free time at the moment than I have had for many months ... and of course ... CHRISTMAS IS COMING! Wooo Hoooo! How I love this time of the year (even though it should be snowing ...
) and things are really beginning to get moving on the planning to decorate the music room. We have to get organised early and thank heavens for the long weekend in November ... ![]()
Feels a little odd, but I've been making warm winter fleece jackets for friends in Quebec as their winter is well on the way and it will be freezing there.
Where is Trav? I'd like some new Christmas cooking ideas please ... small things this year .. yoo hoo >>>> Traaaaaaaaaaaaaaaav, where are you?

I don't know what's going to draw him out, Tas...
Now that he's got a new couch, there's no telling if we'll ever see him again, ha ha.

The funny thing is, there was nothing wrong with that old couch...
All it needed was a lick of imagination and just a dash cleverness... ha ha.

Trav, the best thing I find to do on days when I am limited in my capacity to move around is to resort to having a nanny nap, ha ha.
Or several, ha ha

I've wondered, on occasion, why there was a sludge of fine breadcrumbs at the bottom of the birdbath...
I haven't, really, but I have wondered about the process involved in them getting there...
The peewit... also known as the culprit, ha ha...
It picks up a piece of bread, and decides that it's too dry and too hard to wrestle with, so it takes it to the birdbath and dunks it in the water...
They're clever little things... Everyone else just sits there and grumbles about how the bread's too dry, ha ha.
It's getting on for three hours, now, that the little girl magpie's been singing... not quite non stop... ha ha.
It's a great story, so far... I'm waiting to see where it's going, ha ha.
🙂
