You've had a rough trot since Christmas with hot weather.

Rough trot is one way of putting it... ha ha...

"Stay rehydrated!" they said... so I increased my fluid intake... let's say, I tripled it...

This is both a good, and bad thing...

The more I drink, the more medication gets flushed out of my system, faster, so eventually a dose which is meant to cover 12 hours thins out, somewhat... let's say I get 12 hours cover, but at 3/4 capacity...

A reduced dose means reduced "efficiency"...

So yes, if I've ever said that life was an adventure, before, I wasn't understating things... ha ha.

Would I wish psychiatric illness on anyone else?

No.

Not because it's an awful burden to live with, but that I don't believe that they'd appreciate it anything near as fully as I do... ha ha.
