i certainly hope his career is over, but i also know human nature and carp often rises to the top.
anyone who would use a tazer on an animal should be in prison.
i havent heard anything about him being charged with cruelty to an animal yet.
i guess as he wasnt caught actually using the devices he'll escapr that charge.
