Oh yes indeed, making them today! Generally leave the crosses off though because we don't like the claggy taste of that and at the same time, we're not exactly religious. For friends who it matters to though, I pipe white buttercream icing across them, or sometimes melted chocolate.
Mind you, I do cheat a little bit and ask the bread making machine to make the sweet dough ... ![]()
