Moonlight, I have not used acrylics much. They dry too quickly for me. I prefer oil paints, but if you google "Painting with acrylics" you'll get heaps of information, even free downloads from some artists.

Like pimpy said, I don't think the paint will peel off the paper once it is dry.


 


Pimpy, keep looking for that book. You have another nine days to find it. 😉


 


Cuddlycats, find a drawing of a flower on google and print it out, then colour it in whatever medium you prefer. It is only an excercise in painting for us and no competition. Have fun and enjoy the hobby.


 


Here is the painting I started a while ago and then put it away. Had trouble with my eyesight for almost two years. So, after surgery and new glasses, I want to finish a dozend jobs before I go completely blind.


Now, the question is - will I finish the painting or start a single flower for our excercise?
