Went and saw the Doc earlier on.
He said the pop sound I heard was the tendon sheath breaking - the noise would've travelled straight up my neck...
So, that's one mystery out of the way, ha ha...
The shoulder's healing well, once the last of the inflammation goes and the shoulder muscles stop feeling stiff, or just hurting, I should be pretty right.
I survived the last few weeks, sometimes I wonder how...
The hot tap turns to the left, in the shower, to turn it off...
But with water streaming down my face and my eyes closed, and not using my left hand to turn the tap, which by force of habit I would... I was momentarily confused as to which way to turn the tap...
Only momentarily... Ouch!
I'm learning... It's a slow process, but I'm getting there... ha ha...
