I watched the feeding as well.
It's hard to watch when you think a weaker one is missing out.
But then it's
it got fed.
I have noticed however, that she is feeding herself more than she's feeding the chicks.
She left them wanting more today
Didn't notice the egg. Will keep an eye on it.

I noticed the egg.
You're right about the dent/hole in it.

I'd say you're right.
But she's still worried about it.
She's just moved it twice to get it in the middle of the bunch to sit on it.

Sooo, I was wondering about these Peregrines.
How to tell males from females?
Or, to be correct, the female (falcon) from the male (tiercel)
Apparently the female is much larger and much more muscular than the male.

So there ya go.
The egg has been pushed aside now, and those murderous pom poms have sprouted
yellow legs.
