Only if we had mountain climbing gear on us.
That's a loooong way up.
Happy to be there - only a few people there on the day.

Has anyone here had an MRI?
I don't have a problem with claustrophobia but it made me really really hot and I have to have a follow up one on Thursday morning.
Not looking forward to it.
They did have a tiny little fan that helped but only a little bit.
At least this one is free, first one cost me $285 because of the part of my body being scanned. Same part of my body is being scanned but there must be something to do with the Neurologist having ordered it rather than the GP.
Anyway I don't care as long as I'm not paying to be tortured.
Just read back to my last comment.
Gee that sure took off into a weird place.
So still no ecar.
The mind boggles wondering just what has happened to the chap.
Unfortunately I don't have anywhere near the adventures he had
So I'm back in Ballarat at my girlfriend's place and Buffy (the ginger tabby cat that actually owns the place now) was a tiny bit stand offish but soon was rolling over for belly rubs.
Girlfriend still can't believe that something is wrong with my arm.
Maybe if it was missing she'd understand.
Apparently I saw snow when I was little but I don't recall.
I'd like to see snow but only for a short time as a stopover to some tropical paradise somewhere to recover from the shock of being somewhere that cold there's snow

Good to see ya back, Martin.
Any improvement at all with the arm?
Or still the same ol' same ol'
I've never had an MRI, but hubby has...and he hated it.

I was lucky and scored the new machine that is ten centimetres wider and it had an angled mirror unit that sits over your face and it allows you look out the window.
Unfortunately the window looked out over the car park but it was better than looking at the inside of the machine.
It's amazing how relative time is.
Thirty minutes in an MRI feels so long but watch thirty minutes of watching cat videos or the like and it's over before you know it

Turns out she's very afraid of thunder.
Thankfully she found comfort in being close to me.
I must be a more protective presence than my girlfriend
