Also, with no eaves, if the gutters get blocked, when there's a downpour, the water runs straight inside the roof cavity, bringing down the ceiling.
Dangerous. Saw it happen next door.
Lucky no-one was in the room at the time.
And OMG...the mess!
Insurance wouldn't pay - said it was all down to maintenance.
The fruit from her fruit trees fell in the guttering, blocking the downpipe.

I'll be pruning my mothers box tree (i think it's box) massive! in a small backyard, growing over the neigbours fence and over her roof.
Replaced my old 338 XPT husky with a 435T (what i've always wanted) i feel almost complete now
