Not when they're clogging up my guttering.

The fruit is all stone - no flesh, cos they don't water them.

The apple trees have codling moth.

Hardly a bonus.

The dropping of rotten fruit all over my path?

Fruit that my grandson has an allergy to, I might add..

I do that, Convinced him to give me a hand to destroy a rose climber (what a pain)

Now he's got this other thing in the backyard that produces little light blue flowers, very invasive

So the trimmings go over the fence!

By law, they own them, so it's gotta go back.

Get the branches trimmed back, tell ya granson not to eat the fruit, at his age he would prob know that anyway, prob solved

Branches re-grow.    A lot.

Grandie doesn't have to eat the fruit to have a reaction.

Bad neighbour! 

Anything hanging over your fence is yours to deal with. You can reap the fruit, it's yours, or you can chop it back. 

Or you can antagonise your neighbours by throwing it back over the fence.
