10 suburbs in Melbourne now in total lockdown as of 11.59pm on Wednesday.
Only mine isn't one of them?
Looks like ring-fencing might be next, if that doesn't work

Hubby got me some N95 masks on his trip to the chemist.

The total number of cases in Victoria since the pandemic began now stands at 2,099 as the state marks its 13th consecutive day of double-digit coronavirus case increases.
From:

yes, i understand the total since the original outbreak
but i'm after just how many buggas are awaiting a 'your clear'
we are indeed hearing ever larger numbers of daily new positives
there must be an actual number of current positive cases awaiting the test that gives the all clear.
approx will do
and i realise dan and his team are trying to get on top of it
they just dont seem to be winning anywhere

It's a shame some suburbs have to go into lock down again..they said on the news, 928 people around Keilor and Broadmeadows ( 2 current horspots) refused to be tested, that's really not helpful

not being tested will not stop a person getting the virus but being tested may stop others being infected
sad there are so many willing to risk their own familys health

So they are giving a wuhan-esque head start of 30 hours to disperse all over the city...
