But they do! Every child has a mother and a father! No question! They might not all live together, but every child has a set of parents.
So if both parents are working and not affected by the shutdowns, why the free childcare?

My kids have been brought up with both their parents and we never used child-care, but I don't begrudge any families getting a little Govt. asisstance at this difficult time
oh Icy,,, it also helps the child care centres stay open
and jobs.. it's keeping people in jobs
