i have a holiday rental house directly in front of my home on a slightly lower level.

this afternoon 5 car loads of people arrived!

He also claimed that the best way to go is to allow everybody to get it and create "herd immunity", which in this context is nonsense, and he was told so, yet he continued with that "policy" = doing nothing until it became obvious it will be a disaster if UK continues on that trajectory.  In meanwhile he shook hands with COVI19 patients.  His predicament might bring some sense to all those flouting the restrictions. 
But as Boris has been in close contact with many in the parliament it will be interesting to see who else has it and who will be left to run the country while they are recuperating.
